Safety & use guide

Most brands hide this page. We put it in the main menu, because a product that goes in your ear deserves an honest one.

How to use it safely

⚠︎ RELLENAR con la muestra fisica delante. Write every point as an action you take, never as something that happens inside your ear — that distinction is what keeps this a travel tool and not an unapproved medical device. Cover: choosing the tip, seating it, how much force is too much, how many times in a row, and what to do if it's uncomfortable.

Choosing your earplug size

All three sizes come in the box. The right one sits comfortably and seals without being pushed in hard. If a size feels tight, or you have to force it, use the next one down. A tip that needs force is the wrong tip.

How to clean it

⚠︎ RELLENAR con las instrucciones del fabricante. Cover: whether the tips can be washed and with what, whether they can be boiled, how often, and whether you recommend one tip per person.

When not to use it

Don't use it, and speak to a healthcare professional instead, if any of these apply:

  • You have ear pain, discharge or bleeding from the ear.
  • You have a known or suspected ear infection.
  • You have a perforated eardrum, or have had ear surgery recently.
  • You have hearing loss you haven't had looked at.
  • Your symptoms last more than a few days, or get worse.

Stop using it if it hurts. Discomfort is a signal, not something to push through.

⚠︎ RELLENAR: add any further limits your supplier confirms in writing.

What this product is not

This product is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. We make no claims about tinnitus, migraine, ear infections, hearing, or earwax, and you should be sceptical of anyone selling a similar object who does.

If you have ear pain, hearing loss, discharge, an ear infection, a perforated eardrum, recent ear surgery, or symptoms lasting more than a few days, stop using it and speak to a healthcare professional.
